We love working with people, especially when it means we can help improve their health, fitness and wellbeing. We don’t see it as just fitness, we look at Personal Training with a Holistic approach. And with over 10 years’ experience between us we like to help people in any way we can, whether it’s dietary support, emotional support, or other health problems that make it hard to train. Even if all we can do is be someone to listen while you train. Our team of Personal Trainers work closely with other therapists at the centre to make sure you are getting all the help you need.

Beki Amanda Clinton
Owner of the BA Wellbeing Centre, Lead Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2012. From day one I had a dream of owning my own studio and making a real difference to people’s lives. I can proudly say I have accomplished that and much more.
The thing I enjoy most about my job is the satisfaction I get from helping people improve their lives. From improving self-confidence, improved health, old injuries that have been holding them back, coming through mental battles to conquering a goal such as their first race - Priceless! The look on a client’s face when they hit that goal they never thought was possible is what keeps me going.
I take a holistic approach to my training - one training plan, way of eating and lifestyle will not suit every client. I help clients identify areas that may be adding to their issues, and work with them to find the best solution.
As a qualified nutritional advisor I can offer you at no extra cost, advice on healthy eating. A good diet comes hand in hand with fitness and being healthy. If you want an understanding and sympathetic Trainer who will help you achieve your goals whilst working around your lifestyle/family - then get in touch. Diane Florence Baker
For years I was a couch potato but at age 50+ I attended my first boot camp - I couldn’t even get down to do the floor exercises. The journey Beki took me on from a size 20 down to a size 12/14, left me feeling healthier than I have ever felt and so motivated that I decided to become a Trainer myself so I could help others on their journey. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2016.
I work with people of all ages and love watching the change in clients as they become fitter, more confident and feel better about themselves. Because I have travelled my own journey I can empathise with the difficulties in getting started and maintaining motivation.
Like Beki I take a holistic approach and will work with you, at your pace, to find a solution that will work for you.
My training in ‘Older Generations’ means I can help age 69+ adults with exercise to help improve their mobility and balance so they can remain independent for as long as possible. Every client is different and we will always work at a pace that is suitable to YOU – to me this is of utmost importance with ALL my clients.
