I have suffered constant back pain for over 10 years and received regular treatment to help manage the pain. The funding was pulled and I was in despair when beki whom I had known for a number of years offered to assess me to see if she could help. And I haven't looked back since. Her sessions were very intense and followed up with sessions with Diane. I can now stand up straight and I have found flexibility, have more stamina and can even do squats!!! I have a long way to go and can't thank the team enough both for the work they are doing and emotional support .I physically in a much better place and far more confident in what I can do and the improvement in my quality of life is noticeable. I have even lost Weight. "
I started in Personal Training in August 2018. I suffer with Angina. Needed to get a bit fitter. Never been in a gym. So thought I’d try personal training. Beki was very helpful from the start. She set me up with eating guide (not too Strict) and home fitness regime. When working at the gym she seems to know just how far to push me. With having Angina some of the exercises don't suit me. Beki always seems to come up with some way of working round it. I've also trained with Diane. They work as a team so your training is consistent. I still have my weekly session. And have gained enough confidence to go to a local gym on my own.
